• Conceived and built the conference platform codetalks.com from scratch as a full-stack application: auth system, PostgreSQL with Airtable sync, Call-for-Papers system with full talk & speaker management, Stripe payments, automated PDF generation, transactional email, WebSocket realtime, comprehensive test coverage (Nuxt 3, Vue.js, TypeScript, DigitalOcean).
• Largely rebuilt alphalist.com including a new member area (Nuxt 3, Storyblok CMS, Stripe); product management for the platform.
• Extended the alphalist Slack bot with Claude-based AI features: data sync, analysis, automations, scheduled jobs.
• Sole IT administrator: DigitalOcean, Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, Zapier, Swapcard conference app, Sentry monitoring, and all DevOps.
• Conference: speaker acquisition and care, program planning and curation, CfP management, partner briefings, main-stage moderation, curator-team lead; host of alphalist Masterclasses and CTO events.
• Content strategy: newsletters, LinkedIn, podcast coordination, editorial care of both websites, Slack community management.
